I agree with the tie; I think these are my two strongest areas and mutually reinforce each other too. I like to observe and introspect a lot; look at myself and the world through my own window of consciousness, forming viewpoints and impressions. I like to read material that reinforces my fledgling viewpoints and impressions. And I also take great pleasure defining (and refining) my thoughts and viewpoints via writing – it tends to get really cluttered upstairs if I don’t! For me writing is precision, pleasure and need – like nourishment, if not quite oxygen.
Ultimately I write not so much to make sense of the world, but rather my worlds; the worlds, internal and external, as I see and experience them.
