1.Would you say that you get a lot of grief, what with your being opinionated and all?
Well, the truth is I’m fairly quiet in real life – only close friends (and LJ readers) see (and hear) my opinionated side. I’m not always the most confident of people in day-to-day life, so this journal allows me me top better cement my thoughts and standing on things. However if someone asks for my opinion, I’ll certainly give it – though generally not as vitriolic as on here…as well as anything else, writing allows me to let off steam and get in touch with myself.
I still get shit from time to time for I know not what reason….much like yourself – in fact sometimes I think I’m too nice for my own fucking good! Does my head in some times….
2. What kind of person do you hate more than any other?
Generally those who make (and stick to) snap-judgements about people or things (racists etc). Also the people who hang around in groups (ghetto peeps, townies etc) and generally harass and fuck with people for no reason…mainly cos one has to deal with these bell-ends on a regular basis….there are more but I’ll leave it at that for now…
3. What is your opinion of George Bush (Jr)? Complete idiot, or someone doing what needs to be done?
I actually don’t think Bush is the idiot people like to portray him as. I do think he is certainly misguided and lets religion influence his judgement a lot of the time; but
I admire his courage of conviction and the fact that (most of the time) he seems to say what he means and mean what he says (..of course there’s the little matter of the WMDs, but let’s not split hairs).
There may well be a degree of corruption to the guy, but in my mind, he’s no worse than that Clinton Clinton (cocksucked) cocksucker, who people seem to hero-worship – I guess lying and cheating are virtues after all and I’ve been mistaken all along…*rolls eyes*
So yeah, a little rambly, but answers nowt-the-less….
BTW, I’m writing a piece about “loving” family, based on that discussion we had…mind if I mention/quote you?
